Quali sono i tempi e i costi di spedizione?
La spedizione richiede 1–3 giorni lavorativi ed è gratuita per ordini superiori a 100€.
Per ordini inferiori il costo è di 5€.

Quali tipi di personalizzazione sono disponibili?
Offriamo due tipi di personalizzazione: Incisa e Dipinta.
La personalizzazione Dipinta è disponibile solo per alcuni modelli (Freia, Beatrice, Nina, Orsola e Dafne). Per tutti gli altri è prevista la personalizzazione Incisa.
Quali metodi di pagamento accettate?
Accettiamo tutti i più comuni metodi di pagamento e garantiamo la totale sicurezza delle transazioni. Puoi pagare con carte di credito e debito (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro e i principali circuiti), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay e Shop Pay. Si, tutti i modelli hanno la tracolla inclusa per garantire il massimo comfort.
