Quali sono i tempi e i costi di spedizione?
La spedizione richiede 1–3 giorni lavorativi ed è gratuita per ordini superiori a 100€.
Per ordini inferiori il costo è di 5€.
Attraverso il numero di tracking, che ti verrà inviato al momento della spedizione, potrai verificare il giorno di consegna previsto ed eventuali aggiornamenti circa lo stato della spedizione.
Quali tipi di personalizzazione sono disponibili?
Offriamo due tipi di personalizzazione: Incisa e Dipinta.
La personalizzazione Dipinta è disponibile solo per alcuni modelli (Freia, Beatrice, Nina, Orsola e Dafne). Per tutti gli altri è prevista la personalizzazione Incisa.
Quali metodi di pagamento accettate?
Accettiamo tutti i più comuni metodi di pagamento e garantiamo la totale sicurezza delle transazioni. Si, tutti i modelli hanno la tracolla inclusa per garantire il massimo comfort.
